The pipe water jet cutting machine adopts skid-mounted method, which is convenient for moving and transporting, and is applicable to field operation; it mainly consists of engine unit and its control module, high pressure water pump and its control module, sand mixer, hydraulic travelling mechanism and control device, etc. The pipe water jet cutting machine is cold cutting equipment, and the high-pressure plunger pump is driven by the engine unit. Add the abrasive particles with certain size into the water system and fully mix, then transport to the cutting head through pipeline, and generate mixed jet flow (the maximum pressure can reach 40MPa). It can be used for cutting metal materials, cleaning, rust removal, stripping and other functions. When cutting the metal materials, no spark, heat, dust or poisonous and harmful gas will generate, so that it is safe and reliable.
